Q: What are the contents of the book?
A: Rappaccini's Compendium celebrates illustration, character design and the world of poisonous flora/fungi. It includes over 60 illustrations of original characters based on poisonous plants (gijinka) and an exclusive short narrative to go with each piece.
Q: What does "preorder period" mean?
A: It means the book and merchandise aren't yet available, but will be after this period ends. This means the items will only be shipped to you at least one month after we close preorders!
Q: What are the shipping options?
A: All orders are shipped with tracking. We will send you a link and a tracking code, so that you can know exactly the status of your package. Please note that we cannot do anything regarding packages once they have left our country, so we advise you to contact your local post service if your order takes an unusual amount of time to arrive (over 4 weeks).
Q: I changed my address. What can I do?
A: If you change your address before the items are sent out, please contact us immediately, so that we can manually change the shipping address in our package. If the package was already sent out, we can only re-send it to the correct address in case the item gets returned to us. In that case, you will be required to pay for shipping once again. If the items are not sent back to us, a new order will be required. We apologize for the inconvenience.
